Meet Our Team

Dedicated to our care

At Scott Wroe we have an entire team of dedicated experts who specialise in all our clients hearing treatments and care. All of our team are spread across the three different Scott Wroe Centres, with each practice being 100% independent. Our centres provide patients with unbiased advice on the most suitable hearing aid(s) for their needs and requirements.

Scott Wroe

Scott qualified as a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist under the HAC in 1998 training under his father Stuart Wroe. Scott is a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists and a member of the B.A.A. (British Academy of Audiology). He trained and qualified in Microsuction and Syringing at Aston University. Scott took over from his father after he retired in 2001 and has spent his career building the family practice. His interests include walking, fishing and good wines!

Laura Wroe

Laura Wroe is the practice manager of Scott Wroe Hearing. Laura is responsible for the day to day running of the practice including the accounts while dealing with a very busy family life. When she manages to get some spare time for herself she enjoys reading and walking.

Jonathan Beeks

Jon joined the practice in 2013, trained at Mary Hare School for the Deaf and qualified with a HND in Audiology in 2015. He is also fully trained and qualified in Microsuction and Irrigation wax removal. Outside of work Jon is a busy family man with 4 children but when he gets the chance he enjoys touring on his motorcycle.

George Frost

George has been working within audiology since 2016, where he worked for leading global Hearing Aid manufacturer, Widex for 5 years. During that time, he became an expert in hearing aid technology and was responsible for product training audiologists from both Independent Clinics and National retailers.
George developed a passion helping people hear better and in 2021 joined Scott Wroe Hearing as a Trainee Hearing Aid Audiologist. He will conclude his studies at Aston University in 2022. He is also fully trained and qualified in Microsuction and Irrigation at the Audiology Academy. Outside work he is usually spending time with his young family, walking their Cocker Spaniel, Rosie. Or if he gets the chance, on the golf course

Debbie Roberts

Debbie works for our Hereford practice as a receptionist and deals with any other administrational tasks. Debbie has been part of the team for nearly 2 years and has a wealth of experience as she has worked in an administration role for over 30 years. During her spare time she can be found in the kitchen baking delicious treats for her family, often with a G&T in hand!

Lynne Hunter-Roy

Lynne comes from a Civil Service background and carries out all aspects of reception and admin duties at our Hereford branch.
Outside of work she enjoys walks in the countryside, riding motorbikes, reading, sewing and partaking of tea and cake with friends.

Joy Coyne

Joy grew up in New Zealand before coming back to England in the 70’s with her family. Joy spent most of her a career within the Civil Service doing many interesting jobs. After leaving the Civil Service in 2011, she worked as a Funeral Arranger for five years which she found very rewarding. She has spent the last five years working for Scott Wroe Hearing in the Malvern Practice as a part-time Receptionist/Administrator which she enjoys. Joy also does voluntary work for a Dress Agency run on behalf of St. Richard’s Hospice.
Joy is a keen gardener and enjoys the challenge of growing her own produce. She also likes walking, playing the guitar, rock music and enjoys driving sports cars and owns a classic Bertone X1/9 Gran Finale which she bought in 1989. She loves animals and has a very demanding elderly cat who has Joy wrapped around his paws!

Esther Reynolds

I have lived in and around Malvern my entire life, have travelled all over the world and visited some amazing country’s but would not wish to live anywhere else. The Malvern Hills are very dear to me as they were mine and my children’s adventure playground growing up.

Before coming to Scott Wroe Hearing, I was employed for 16 years as a HR Officer for an American owned Company, which was a very demanding role. I have been with Scott Wroe for 3 years and enjoy my part time role as a Receptionist/Administrator as it gives me the opportunity to spend more time with family. I have a 4-year-old grandson and a one-year-old granddaughter who i just love spending time with and spoil rotten, although it can sometimes be exhausting. My hobbies are going to the gym and swimming but to relax i like to read and walk with my 14-year-old Springer spaniel and 11-month-old labradoodle puppy who are also spoilt rotten.
