Aftercare

All of our hearing aids come with a comprehensive and dedicated aftercare service included in the price of the original hearing aid. Broken down into either a six month or yearly check-up plan, the service includes re-tubing, cleaning of the aid as well as a full hearing test and adjustment if required. Were any issues to arise during appointments, a simple call to one of our centres would suffice to allow us to book you in as soon as possible. From there, our team would ensure that you received a full one to one support service until any issues are resolved.

In addition to this service, we also provide a yearly newsletter. This will give you insight into all the ins and outs at our centres as well as information on the latest products on offer and any developments in the hearing aid market.
